Our system construction

Building days

First day after concrete

(1) Steel Structure:

Primary frame: 6-10mm
Secondary frame: galvanized light gauge steel, 2.0-2.5mm

Foundation of our steel parts inserted

3rd day

(2) Foundation  

Steel Elements is set up

7th day

Reinforced concrete foundation
Raft, strip, and independent foundation are all applicable
Standard embedded anchor bolts

(5) Composite Wall System

Steel Elements is set up on the roof

15th day

Wall system: thermal conductivity of the energy-saving composite
wall system (k=0.417W/m2K in summer and k=0.418W/m2K in
winter) is one third of that of conventional wall system.
